1. Can I share files with my friends?
No, this is a small home business and we can’t afford to have people sharing files. Only people who have paid a membership may use personal use products,
2. I want to use a product for something other than what the terms allow. What do I do?
Contact Kimberly and explain your needs. A determination will be made regarding whether it is possible to allow your specific use.
3. Are there any additional costs?
No there are no hidden costs unless you request something special, custom made, or different licensing. There could be an additional cost for these circumstances. If there is an additional fee, then it will be explained for upfront. Whenever possible, special requests will done or allowed free of charge.
4. How important are group members’ requests and suggestions?
Extremely important! This is what guides the design of new products.
5. I lost a file or didn’t get it downloaded before it expired. What can I do?
If you were a member at the time the product was offered and are still a current member in good standing, then contact Kimberly to have to file re-added to your current product listings.
6. I tried to join or re-join and my membership got blocked. What do I do?
Memberships are only blocked if someone tries to join repeatedly for a trial membership, has broken the Printable Shop terms, or has posted bad comments about Printable Shop or any of our other sites. If you have problems, contact Kimberly directly instead of posting it on Facebook and other social networking sites. I do my very best to help all the members personally. If you feel you are wrongly blocked, please contact Kimberly. I am only human and make mistakes from time to time!
7. I lost my password. What do I do?
On the main Printable Shop page there is a “Request a new password” link under the login. If you still have problems, contact Kimberly.
8. How to I cancel my membership?
If you decide to cancel your subscription, then log into your PayPal account and cancel the recurring payment plan. But please contact Kimberly before you cancel! Let me know why you are canceling so that I can try to convince you to stay!
9. I don't want to join, I only want to buy a single file. Waht do I do?
Contact Kimberly to buy one single file. Please provide details on what you would like to buy. Custom order area also possible by contacting Kimberly.
